Organic and fair trade coffee beans

Milk or cream of your choice

A few ice cubes

Maple syrup or turbinado sugar

Whipped cream

Preparation
1. Make an espresso and let it cool

2. In a deep glass, add first the milk or cream and the maple syrup or turbinado sugar

3. Add the ice cubes

4. Add the espresso coffee on top

5. Finish with whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa powder and sliced almonds
